摘要:
目的： 分析抗JO-1抗体阳性病例的临床特征，以利于相关疾病的预防、诊断和治疗。方法： 回顾性分析32例抗JO-1抗体阳性病例的分布、临床症状和诊断。 结果：秋季阳性抗体检出率高，有25%的抗JO-1抗体阳性样本的ANA检测结果为阴性，呼吸系统损害比例最高96%，间质性肺炎与类风湿关节炎诊断率高，仅两例诊断为PM/DM。 结论： 抗JO-1抗体阳性病例的呼吸道症状突出，易造成PM/DM的漏诊与误诊，对抗JO-1抗体阳性患者的心血管系统、消化系统等也应加强关注，降低因并发症造成的死亡率。
