摘要:
目的：探讨输尿管肾源性腺瘤的发病机制、临床病理特点及诊治方法。 方法：回顾性分析5例病理检查确诊为输尿管肾源性腺瘤患者的临床资料。结果： 5例患者中，腰部疼痛3例，肉眼血尿1例，体检发现1例；所有患者行泌尿系超声及CT检查，均提示有输尿管上段扩张伴不同程度肾积水，其中4例伴有输尿管结石；3例行输尿管切开取石+肿物切除术，1例行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术+肿物活检术+钬激光肿物切除术，1例行输尿管切开肿物切除术。术后随访中位数18个月（10～36个月），均未见复发转移。结论：输尿管肾源性腺瘤其病理形态学特点仍然是正确诊断的关键。手术是治疗该病的主要方法。
