摘要:
虽然各国都实施了有效的疫苗接种计划,但百日咳仍是目前比较棘手的健康问题。百日咳疾病的流行病学已经随时间推移发生了变化,已由婴幼儿转向了青少年、成人。成人感染百日咳杆菌后的症状较轻微,且缺乏相应的实验室检测,导致成人群体中百日咳真实疾病负担被大大低估。现有证据表明,患有慢性基础疾病的成人群体百日咳的疾病负担可能更严重,许多发达国家已实施成人免疫接种计划。本文阐述了成人百日咳的发病机制、流行病学、疾病负担情况、临床特征及合并症、诊断及预防。旨在帮助认清百日咳表现的多样性,了解成人中百日咳的负担,为百日咳临床诊疗和疫苗接种战略提供建议和参考信息。
