摘要:
目的:应用锥形束CT(CBCT)进行三维测量分析,分析青少年骨性Ⅱ类错■下颌骨生长变化及性别差异,为青少年Ⅱ类错■患者的早期诊断、选择矫治时机及制定治疗计划提供理论依据。方法:筛选CBCT资料,按照纳入标准分为男性组和女性组(共120例,男女各半),应用Invivo5软件测量相关指标,并对其数据进行统计分析。结果:青少年骨性Ⅱ类错■高峰期前后,下颌骨三维方向形态特点及性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),下颌骨三维方向生长量的性别差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),高峰期前后下颌骨髁状突相关测量指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青少年骨性Ⅱ类错■高峰期前后下颌骨形态及生长量存在性别差异,男性比女性有更大的生长量,髁状突位置及形态发生变化,关节窝加深,关节窝相对于颅底基本稳定。
Abstract:
Objective: To measure the mandible osseous tissue in skeletal Class Ⅱ adolescents between different genders teenagers during by Cone-beam CT(CBCT), and provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis, the timing of treatment and the preparation of treatment plans. Methods:One hundred and twenty cases were randomly selected from CBCT data and divided into two groups. Invivo 5 software was used to measure correlation index. The results were analyzed and discussed. Results: Teenagers skeletal class Ⅱmalocclusion, morphological characteristics and gender differences of three- dimensional mandibular morphology were statistically significant during the growth(P<0.05). Gender difference in mandible growth in three dimensions was significantly different(P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the parameters of mandibular condyle during the growth(P<0.05). Conclusion: In skeletal ClassⅡteenagers, gender differences in morphology and growth of the mandible are significant,and male has greater mandible than female,and fossa becomes deeper, with changes incondylar position and morphological. Fossa is basically stable with respect to the skull base.
