摘要:
新生抗原(neoantigen)是一种位于肿瘤细胞表面的特异性抗原,是肿瘤基因突变的产物,这种突变在正常细胞中不存在。过去几年的研究表明新生抗原在肿瘤免疫治疗中起着关键作用,新生抗原的识别筛选和鉴定加速了肿瘤患者个体化免疫治疗的发展,终将使更多患者受益。
