摘要:
目的: 观察阿戈美拉汀对肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效 。方法: 按照罗马Ⅲ诊断标准选择96例肠易激综合征的患者,随机分成研究组和对照组,均采用马来酸曲美布汀治疗,研究组加用阿戈美拉汀片,均治疗6周,分别于治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6周评定IBS主要胃肠道症状、排便频率、粪便性状以及汉密尓顿抑郁量表24项(HAMD-24)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)。 结果 :96例患者完成研究,胃肠道主要症状、HAMD、和HAMA评分均明显减低,治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组对胃肠道症状的治疗总有效率为93.7%,显著高于对照组(68.7%)。研究组抑郁、焦虑及睡眠状况在1周后明显改善,各项观察指标评分呈逐周下降趋势,同时期研究组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 阿戈美拉汀合并马来酸曲美布汀能明显改善胃肠道症状,改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪以及昼夜节律,效果优于单纯应用马来酸曲美布汀。
