摘要:
Cronkhite-Canada syndrome（CCS）是一种罕见的特发性非遗传性综合征，以胃肠道症状、外胚层改变和胃肠道弥漫性多发性息肉为特点。其病因不明，诊断主要基于患者的病史、特征性的临床表现、病理组织学及内镜检查，目前没有统一的标准治疗方法。多数CCS患者经糖皮质激素治疗有效，但其安全性及有效性有待进一步探讨。本文从CCS的病因、临床特点与鉴别诊断、并发症、治疗等几个方面进行综述，为CCS的诊疗提供新思路。
